Mr Jayavant Bhat is an octogenarian, lit by the flame of Sri Madiyal Narayan Bhat in the early 1970s towards building the Nation by proliferating Schools that mould children based on human values. Inspired by the LokaSeva Schools in Alike, Mr Jayavant Bhat started a School in a similar model at Jayapura town in the year 2004. He prayed to Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba for taking over the School into His divine embrace and by this way, Sri Sathya Sai Sriniketanam is cushioned on the lap of the Divine ever since the year 2014.
Mr K R Surendra is a dedicated servitor of the Sri Sathya Sai LokaSeva Group of Institutions since the year 1977. He abandoned his Government job for the sake of serving the society. He has been a silent yet an active contributor in a variety of roles within the Institution.
Bhagawan Baba and His mission of imparting spiritual education alongside with secular knowledge and skills, has assumed a new dimension in the eyes of Mr Yogeesha, whence it became his mission and he says, ‘the buck stops here’ by taking the complete responsibility for this honourable work with much willingness and adroitness.
A random act of kindness can change the world! Mr Santosh’s contact with Sri Sathya Sai Divyaniketanam has been an experience of savouring kindness at every level, every interaction with the management, staff, students, workers. Bequeathing education completely free of cost to the needy children from rural India has clarified the whys and wherefores of his own role in the Institution and helps him carry out his responsibilities with great panache.
‘Learn before you teach, follow before you preach’ is the maxim by which Mr Seshagiri lives. The craft of teaching and nurturing students has helped him broaden his vision towards life and to get down to the brass tacks to understand his purpose in this lifework. As a quote goes, ‘Only the brave can teach’ Mr Seshagiri had sometimes felt hard-pressed due to several challenges, howbeit he has always risen back with renewed pep and pluck to take to heart his line of work and to have a heart towards his students.
‘Gift of education to the most deserving’ is the name of the game at Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Group of Institutions and this is enough reason for Mr Kaushik’s delight. Feel blue children picked from down-at-heel areas transmuting into tickled pink students at the sanctified premises of Sri Sathya Sai Divyaniketanam is the ultimate pay off and this harvest is his only gratification.
